 * Soll zeiten nun vom Startdatum abhängig
 * Neue Summierung der Sollzeiten in der Personalverwaltung
 * Urlaubstage werden nun Tage statt Stunden angezeigt (in Buchungen und Auswertungen)
 * Urlaube werden nun bis 1.1.2024 berücksichtigt
